Rhode Island - Shipping Restrictions & Requirements

Rhode Island has the following shipping restrictions and/or additional requirements:

You must provide us with one of the following documents in order to purchase ammunition:
  1. A currently valid, non-expired Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management Pistol/Revolver Certification ("Blue Card") (matching your shipping address); OR
  2. Rhode Island Division of Fish & Wildlife Hunter Education Card (matching your shipping address); OR
  3. Rhode Island Permit to Carry Pistol / Revolver (matching your shipping address).
Additionally:
  1. All firearms must be shipped to an FFL.
  2. Individuals must be of legal age to purchase ammunition or firearms.
  3. No sales of rifles or pistol magazines with a capacity of 10+.
  4. No sales of Franklin Armory binary triggers.
