General Shipping & Delivery Policy

General Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders for products generally ship UPS, FedEx or USPS Mail. Southern Defense reserves the right to change or alter shipping methods from those selected at checkout without notice. Once your product is received by the carrier, you automatically assume all responsibility for its safe transit to your delivery address, and thereafter. You also agree to hereby explicitly release Southern Defense from all liability and responsibility thereafter. Southern Defense is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages after delivery.

When appropriate, a hazardous materials surcharge may be added to your order.

A signature may be required on some packages and all hazardous materials packages.

Southern Defense does not ship outside the continental United States.

We do not ship ammunition to PO, APO or FPO Boxes.

We do not ship any product to any area within the United States where we are prohibited by federal, state, or local law from shipping that product. You understand that if you attempt to have a prohibited product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be canceled, and you will be subject to paying a 20% cancellation fee.

It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her jurisdiction prior to purchasing products provided by Southern Defense. No product offered for sale by Southern Defense will be knowingly shipped or transferred to a person in any jurisdiction where it is unlawful to receive or possess such product.

Any customer who is shipping ammunition to a restricted state MUST send in their FFL or other required documentation (such as ID or FOID Card) during or after order submission to have the order processed and shipped. To send a copy of your FFL or other required documentation, please email info@southerndefense.com with your order number in the subject line and a digital copy or PDF file of the required documentation. Failure and/or refusal to do so, as well as sending expired documentation, may result in processing delays, your ordered item going out of stock, and ultimately a 20% cancellation fee.
