New York - Shipping Restrictions & Requirements

New York has the following shipping restrictions and/or additional requirements that apply statewide:
  1. All ammunition and firearms shipments must be shipped to an FFL.
  2. Individuals must be of legal age to purchase ammunition or firearms.
  3. No sales of rifle or pistol magazines with a capacity of 10+.
  4. No sales of Franklin Armory binary triggers.
  5. No sales of non-compliant AR/AK pistols or rifles.
  6. No sales of complete or stripped AR/AK receivers.
  7. No sales of non-compliant handguns, pistols, or shotguns.
  8. No sales of firearms with melting point restrictions.
  9. No sales of automatic knives.
The following restrictions apply to specific jurisdictions:

New York City, Manhattan, Bronx, Queens, & Staten Island:
  1. No sales of ammunition or projectiles.
