Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct products are ordered. Orders cannot be changed or modified once they are submitted.

Modifications include, but are not limited to:
  1. Shipping/Billing address updates.
  2. Changing a payment method on file.
  3. Modifying order quantity.
  4. Adding/Removing products.
  5. Adding/Removing shipping insurance.
  6. Adding/Removing Discreet Packaging, Rush Processing, and/or Signature Required.
  7. Adding/Removing Coupon Codes.
If you request, we may be able to cancel your order if if the following conditions are met:
  1. Orders that are canceled after submission may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
  2. If your order is shipping from a partner warehouse, once we have submitted your order to their order queue, the order cannot be cancelled.
  3. For orders which ship from our local warehouse, once an order has been shipped and/or tracking information has been generated, the order cannot be canceled. 
Refusal to accept delivery of an order may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, as well as any return shipping charges, upon its return to our warehouse.
