Returns
Except for ammunition, gunpowder and ammo primer, returns and exchanges are approved of on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of order receipt. Please contact us at
info@southerdefense.com to initiate your return or exchange.
Upon approval, the customer will be provided with instructions on how to return their merchandise.
Any eligible returned and/or exchanged items must be returned in their original packaging. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed upon by Southern Defense. Once the 30-day return and exchange window has passed, you will not be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
A restocking fee up to 20% may apply to returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges will be subject to inspection upon receipt by Southern Defense. Southern Defense will only accept returns and exchanges on products that are unused, undamaged, and unopened. Any products deemed damaged or inoperable due to the improper handling or use by a customer will not be accepted for a return or exchange.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, all products sold are new and under warranty from the manufacturer. Should any items be defective, Southern Defense will provide a shipping label at no charge to return the defective item(s) and will give you a full refund, including shipping costs, if returned within 30 days of order receipt. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the product.
Refund After Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, all refunds, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees, will be credited to the customer’s account (credit card/original method of payment) that was used at the time of purchase. To receive a refund, the product(s) must be received within 30 days of order receipt.
